Pippa will explore how the experience of youth justice for girls has evolved over time and report on the latest research into the subject.  She will also present findings from her own research, including the 2019 report, ‘Outnumbered, locked up and overlooked?’ - which focused on the use of penal custody for girls - and her development and leadership of the Young Women's Justice Project.
