As organisations go through change this can have impact on safeguarding partnerships. Currently as an example the NHS is going through major change. This session is relevant to all professional colleagues. The session will be split into 2 parts:
Part 1 – Focus on Change Management : 8 stage Kotter model and underpinning to each element.
Part 2: - Self Leadership: The power behind empowerment. This will involve focus on skills of self-leader and the five points to celebrate the points of power of individuals.
This online session is relevant as will also explore the importance of self-preservation as practitioners navigate change.
It has improved my knowledge and understanding about the range of harms caused to children and their impact as I have been able to network with a wide range of experts from the UK and beyond. There is no other multidisciplinary association for child protection professionals focused on learning to support and improve practice and policy
