Notice of the 39th AGM which will be held on Zoom on Saturday 12th March 2022 at 10am.
We estimate the meeting should take no more than 1 and a half hours.
This is also an open invitation to all members to propose any resolutions. These will be shared with the membership before the meeting and comments invited, and they will then be responded to under item 7 of the agenda. These need to be received in writing to Maureen.gordon@aocpp.org.uk by 7/02/2022. Resolutions submitted should be within 100 words.
You may also wish to propose an agenda item. Again, you can do so by sending it with a brief description to Maureen at the address above. These also need to be received by 7/2/2022.
